Major Structural Renovation, Bonython

This major renovation in Bonython was a collaborative effort with our friends at Tradewise Renovations. Our team managed the structural works – demolishing around 70% of the home, rebuilding it with a new roofline, and installing uPVC windows along with a small extension. We handed the project over to Tradewise at lock-up for completion of the interiors. A technically challenging aspect was preserving a previously renovated ensuite, despite removing the roof and surrounding walls.
