A Family Legacy in Building
At Build It Bro, building isn’t just a trade – it’s in our blood. Owner Vince is a seventh-generation builder, proudly carrying forward a tradition of craftsmanship. Today, he works alongside his son, the eighth generation, ensuring the skills, knowledge, and passion for building continue into the future. With centuries of combined family experience behind us, we bring unmatched dedication and pride to every home we create.
Sawdust in the Blood
Some families pass down heirlooms. Ours? A strange attraction to sawdust. I grew up around building sites and loved the smell of timber, glue, leather nail bags, and old Holden utes. I just wanted to be with my dad, doing what he loved. He had a similar story, as did his dad – and now my kids do too. Sawdust sticks.

Beyond Building: Lessons from Karate
Karate has been a constant in my life for nearly 20 years, and I’ve earned the rank of 4th Degree Black Belt. The discipline and mindset it demands shape the way I approach building.
- In karate, kata are structured sequences of movements. Like building, they start with a plan, are broken into smaller parts, and are repeated until execution becomes second nature.
- Both require discipline and precision – even with years of experience, maintaining that sharpness demands constant focus.
- The aim is to create something lasting: in karate, resilience; in building, homes where people can live, grow, and make memories.
The Build It Bro Way
- Understand the brief and provide a quick quote to check against the budget.
- Introduce trusted design partners to draft concepts, testing feasibility all the way to approved plans.
- Provide a detailed estimate we can stand behind.
- Guide approvals and site setup phases.
- Use proven checklists and a curated team of trades to deliver the project.
- Finish strong, using the same checklists to ensure every detail is complete, and hand over a home on time and on budget.
