This home renovation was completed for a friend in Canberra who wanted to enjoy their space now, while also preparing it for future sale. With support from our design partners, we renovated all the wet areas – including the bathroom, laundry, and ensuite – maintaining the original layout while upgrading the fittings and introducing a more modern tile design. The result is a clean, functional, and market-ready home that still feels personal and warm.
