Extension with kitchen and laundry renovation, Wanniassa ACT

Sixteen square metres that changed how the home worked

Home renovation and extension | Wanniassa, Canberra, ACT

These owners wanted more room and better energy efficiency. Maria’s clever design delivered both through a modest 16-square-metre extension, housing a new kitchen and laundry while freeing up generous living space inside.

Build It Bro combined striking metal cladding with double-glazed windows, wall and ceiling insulation, Stiebel Eltron hydronic heating and fresh paint throughout. A new rear alfresco area improved the connection between kitchen, living spaces and outdoors.

A small extension made a substantial difference to how the whole home worked.
