Our customer here was referred to us to assist with a renovation project that they had been planning for a very long time. With the plans that had been presented to us, we replaced all of their windows, replaced their floor coverings, and remodeled their old kitchen and dining room space to include a lovely new kitchen and butler's pantry. Included in our scope was also the conversion of their existing garage to a new master bedroom and ensuite for which we had to retrospectively upgrade the build to be compliant with that of a habitable space.
